One square metre, 400x the value…
One platform, infinite possibilities…
The Addressable data stitching platform enables the creation of recipes for downstream use cases. One such recipe is the Harness Price Per Square Metre (PPSM) dataset which comprises 5 connected OGL feeds.
Taking the PPSM data and applying the HM Land Registry House Price Index across all asset classes we see:
- Highest value in highest value PCD (W1S) = 169,043 £/m2 for a 50.5m2 flat in a terraced property, City of Westminster.
- Lowest value in lowest value PCD (CF42) = 427 £/m2 for a 78.4m2 terraced property in Treherbert, Wales.
These differences might be seen as extreme, however, the range is always subject to limit.
Addressable has no limit. The connecting technology enables positioning of all the data, already connected and unchanged. Build a PPSM dataset or anything else that can be created. The potential recipes are infinite.
Addressable is poles apart.
